Needs a stair hand rail

Great location, cosy and homely. Everything you might need.

Stair rail would be good. Some areas a little tired. No shelving in bathroom.

Well maintained house, but gives you feeling of home. Clean and tidy house. Kids were pleasantly surprised when they discovered there is a collection of toys and other playing items. For them , this was cherry on the top. We had awesome holidays and experience.

Great location, larger than expected.

A bit basic and the kitchen could do with updating but good for the price paid.

Location was good for us, and parking was easy. The house was comfortable, with everything we needed.

The flimsy voile at the lounge windows could do with replacing with proper curtains for privacy and security. One or two of the wall mirrors were hung way too high for short people to see in 🙈, and whilst functional, the bathroom looked a bit tired and in need of replacing.

Location - great for getting into Haworth Size- just right for us (2 adults/2 children)

Noisy bathroom fan Needs some TLC, particularly bathroom Unlocked cellar-luckily my children old enough to know to stay out, but could be dangerous for younger/more curious kiddies

The overwhelming smell of foist / mold

No stair rail, no slipmat for the bath and needs more towel hooks/rack in the bathroom.

The location and how quiet it was.

The fact it had no banister rail on the stairs,we felt a little unsafe going up and down as the stairs were steep and we are in our 60s. Also the kitchen window could use a blind as it is open to the street.
