"Exceptional"

Location is perfect, 3 minutes to the train station that takes you to St Ives, about 8 minutes to the beach. The flat was nice and tidy, kitchen was very well equipped. There was literally everything you could potentially need. We cooked a lot throughout our stay and were able to find everything we needed.

Bathroom towels were a bit smelly, they were definitely clean but they had dump smell to them. Bed was a bit small for 2 average sized adults.

Location,but expecting sea view, unfortunately the trees have grown an no sea view exists

Beds small and very hard, pillows had a bad smell, bathroom had badly stained damaged grout in front of the toilet, always consciously aware and avoiding standing on it, tile also moves creaks as you step on it

"Sandy Lane"

An exceptional comfortable apartment with all the appliances you could want. Welcome items were a nice touch. Balcony was lovely. Location was great for access to train and St Ives. We had a fabulous holiday here and would love to return.

Lovely place. Lovely apartment.

A decent table and chairs in preference to a hard-to-reach bar and stools would be better.
