The Lodge

A stunning location on the north-eastern coast of the island. The views were breath-taking and ever-changing. It snowed, which was wonderful. A water main burst due to the cold, leaving all the houses in the area without water for a few hours, however the property managers were there straight away with water supplies whilst it was being fixed.

A welcome folder for how to use the appliances, how to recycle etc would've been handy, but it didn't detract at all from the holiday.

Everything about this place. The perfect getaway we were looking for.

nice location for peace an quiet and right on footpath to brothers point. we’ll furnished, tasteful. clean. well equipped

looks a tiny bit tired, particularly the floor. a bit far north so a big drive to anywhere in the south

The location and views were much better than expected and shown in the listing it was beautiful with a lovely walk right on the doorstep

Could do with a new frying pan as all the non stick is coming off so was hard to cook with but that’s about the only bad comment I can say

it was absolutely perfect for my purposes. Quiet,comfortable I was making very early morning starts and not disturbing anyone.
