Bramble Cottage

The property was accessed close to a main road attached to a large farmhouse. Loads of space to park the car and eat outside the property if desired. The room was spacious enough for a family of four and has bunk beds which make the experience ever more fun for the kids. The main bed was very comfortable and the property was exceptionally clean throughout. For the value this place sits head a shoulders above competition.

Nice setting and child friendly/ safe

It was cold with restrictions in heating. The owner agreed to alter the settings to allow us to have it in overnight but the temperature was then set lower to 17 degrees and after informing them it was cold during the first night, we had no response or resolution for the second night.

It was cosy and had everything we needed, we managed well with just the hobs to cook on. Heating did a great job, the place was warm most of the evening. Make sure you bring slippers as the floor is cold in the mornings. It’s lovely and quiet and far away from any shops or noise. We absolutely loved it in Bramble cottage and are planning another holiday there.

Cold floors but this is easily fixed by wearing slippers.

Quiet location. Bathroom was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable.

The sofa needs replacing as when you sit on it you sink and a slightly bigger tv .

Beautiful Location, very welcoming hosts. Perfect for a short escape and local to everything
