Comfy bed & good shower. Well equipped.. Quiet & a good location for getting out & about.

Unable to get the TV working, we had a laptop so set that up on the TV, so for us not a drama.

The Welcome cookies, milk, tea, wine were appreciated. Fern Cottage was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Parking was closeby and convenient. The location was great for Lyme Regis/Axminster/Seaton/Charmouth. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

We had to hunt in a cupboard for the 3rd bath towel and it took a couple of days to get the 4th bath towel (used our beach towel in the meantime). Surprised to find the water wasn't guaranteed as safe to use for brushing teeth /drinking etc so we had to used bottled water for that. There wasn't a back door to the property so it was a 1-2 min hike to the end of the houses and along an overgrown path to get to the outdoor space. The signage needs a big update. There were references to COVID protocols and other things now out of date.

Kitchen wasn't as clean as I'd have liked. Couldn't get the TV to work and the owner couldn't help

Great trip,Peaceful Location five minutes from Charmouth. Comfy bed and good quality linen. The Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need and more. A welcome pack was a lovely gesture. We had beautiful weather and the sunrise was lovely. The decor was a little dated compared to others but an added bonus was it had two bathrooms both with baths. We will be back!

Cosy, quiet well equipped property. The personal touches like milk in fridge tea and coffee for us on arrival also the wine,biscuits and water. The property was clean and warm and very cosy
