Logi-Bear Lodge with Hot Tub

Very spacious and relaxing, smart tv which was a nice touch.

There was a couple of issues with that being the sofa had lots of stains on and was very uncomfortable,WiFi hardly worked , microwave was out of order and we didn’t get told before hand which ment there was a lot of food that went to waist, we paid a lot less for the one next door which was a lot cleaner. The hot tub was covered in bugs most the time , The heating took ages to work out and the staff took ages to respond when messaging about these problems.

Me and my partner booked a very last minute stay and honestly we are absolutely loved it, not one bad word to say about the lodge it was stunning and was spotless, smelt so clean and was just soo nice inside. Felt so so cosy and the added touches looked lovely! The hosts were very responsive and very helpful, seem like very nice people we will 100% be back! It is the first lodge we have stayed in that has everything you need and more, the jam, porridge, cookies, tea etc

Property was very clean on arrival

The fact hot tub was not included in the price but advert did not make this clear. Attitude of owners was appalling and resulted in us leaving the property within an hour of arrival.

Good location

There’s 174 reviews , most of which state “the hot tub was great “ we payed just under £400 for two nights , there was no hot tub at this property that was available use, there was even photos in the reviews if people in the hot tub .

It’s situated in a very pretty location, and it’s clear the owners take pride in the decor inside and out.

Our experience at the property was a bad one but only because of the faulty boiler. We found an L2 error flashing on the panel of the boiler which was ignition failure, resulting in no heating and no hot water, on a very cold night.
