Tranquil 3 bedroom town house with Sky Sports

It is a well equipped, modern, maintained property with all that you need. Steve, the owner, was easy to contact and deal with.

From the moment I booked Gladstone Escapes via booking.com to checkout, (which was done within 30secs of viewing as I feared it would be snapped up otherwise) Steve went above & beyond to help with any questions, sending so much information beforehand and throughout, I can honestly say it's been an absolute pleasure. The purpose of our break was to see family in St Annes & Blackpool. The location and everything provided was more than we could have expected. Key code wasn't opening the lock box and so when I messaged Steve, he called me within 30secs apologising and giving me new code (some people take advantage in properties after all and it had to be changed last minute. The house has everything and I mean everything you'd ever need and more. 3 stunning bedrooms meant we could have my wee sister staying also which is always amazing. Most people don't have to cross country to their sister but I do and so this made us very happy. Sky Glass 📺 in master bedroom & livingroom was also great as we have these at home (who doesn't adore a home from home feel) Cleaning supplies, towels, loo roll, all cutlery and crockery you could ever need. CCTV which you can deactivate when you're there & turn off when you're out. Dining table off the kitchen and lovely enclosed backdoor. We honestly never heard a peep it was so quiet and peaceful. An amazing guidebook which actually had the original instructions booklets from all purchased appliances & technology, just so thoughtful throughout. Amazing comfortable sofa, chairs, books, games, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, fresh milk, coffee machine (bring or purchase your own pods) just wonderful everything. Although this is obviously a rented out accommodation, you wouldn't know it as it has such a home feel about it, just wonderful.

Clean, lovely decor. Comfortable beds, excellent modern appliances and everything you need. Little touches, like milk in the fridge, tea coffee, sugar and hot chocolate were lovely. Its a very welcoming property and l would recommend to anyone and return. We have family locally and had a family meal and games night with my daughter, husband and grandchildren. Lovely to have a big dining table. Having a basket of games was a real hit and a nice touch. Thank you. ☺️
