great property clean and comfortable and responsive hosts.

The hosts were welcoming and communication was good. The accommodation was of a good standard and the location was great. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and shops to buy essentials. We were happy we had chosen maple house and would definitely go back.

Good location. House had everything we needed for a good stay.

The property was spotless and easy to access etc. Room for two cars on the drive and conveniently located. 8 min walk to a massive Tesco for shopping.

Location was brilliant. Easy access to City Centre and shops, restaurants, pubs and a park close by. Hosts were very responsive to questions and allowed us early check-in and late check-out. Very clean, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid provided. Parked on the driveway but there was also room on the road. Enjoyed our brief stay.

I didn't like the plug-in fragrances (but that's just me). One of the beds was quite wobbly so we mentioned this to the host as they'd advised that if we came across any issues that they would rectify them. I had noticed that another guest had commented on this and as they appear to be proactive, this shouldn't affect any future guests.

Comfortable and spacious house with free parking. Clean kitchen area with plenty of amenities. Stayed here the night before Glasto was a good stop over point for us driving down from Newcastle.

Was quite hot at night but it was a hot night in general. Maybe a fan would be good for the hot summer nights.

Lovely property which perfectly suited our requirements for a family wedding weekend. Loved the garden facility and proximity to the wonderful park behind. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and were able to offer some flexibility. Excellent kitchen diner for a family.

One of the double beds was quite wobbly and creaky! But still comfortable.
