Idyllic Cottage near Padstow

Wood burner has no fireside set or glove. Walk up the road is challenging at times. Dark/busy road. Default heating program was 14.5 degrees which is a bit low.

Lovely little base for a gorgeous few days in Cornwall.

Generally well decorated and well equipped kitchen. Nearby beaches good.

Nowhere to unload near property. Busy main road with no pavement that can be dangerous at times especially with children and noisy if windows left open when warm. Dirty oven, dirty dishwasher and dirty pans etc. Bathroom and other fittings not well-maintained. Third bedroom tiny.

The road outside was sometimes very hard to cross , cars speeding through the village, we had to cross the road twice back and forth to get a view of the road to get to the car park , if you have a big family there is nowhere to park to unload luggage apart from a lane across the road , this was not possible due to the fact you would block the lane to traffic

Location is good and the place was clean and fresh.

Parking is an issue despite having a pass to display in the car as spaces are limited. Unfortunately the plates in the cupboard weren’t clean probably down to previous occupants

Quaint cottage, lovely furnishings, comfy bed, everything you need.

Access to property was difficult as there is no footpath in the village and traffic comes through fast and it can be quite intimidating. You step straight out of the gate onto the road. There needs to be traffic calming in the village. It’s a short up hill walk from the car park.

The location is great, few minutes away from the beach. The house was really cozy, had everything we needed. The beds very comfortable 😌 👌. We loved every minute spend there. Hopefully, we'll be able to go back next year 😄 Thank you for the delicious gifts 😊

There isn't a sidewalk to use from the house to the car park. We had to walk down on a busy road with dogs and children 😬 But we treat this as an adventure 😆

Gorgeous decor, good layout, outside seating and lighting, well equipped kitchen, stable door. Comfortable beds and beautiful bed linen

Busy and noisy main road but unavoidable so acceptable. Shower unsuitable for anyone over 6ft.
