Relaxing location. Very friendly owner

Super cosy, beautiful location and so well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.

It'd be nice if there was some milk (little UHT ones) available on arrival. Only a small gripe though.

Beautiful property and surroundings, quiet and peaceful , very close to oulton park where we were racing , everything you need for a long or short stay home from home 👍 plenty of parking , comfy bed , clean and well appointed. Met Rob on arrival who pointed things out and recommended some places to eat .

Nothing except Maybe leave guests a small carton of milk on arrival to make tea etc as everything else is provided , my fault I forgot !

There is a wet patch on carpet in bedroom which I am thought may have been a spill from cleaning but it did not dry out

Location was good for venue we were travelling to. Plenty of off road parking and our car with trailer was accommodated easily. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Property was well equipped and modern. Had some wi fi access which we were not expecting so was a bonus. Outside seating space was nice. Good eating out pubs within easy driving distance. Was nice to have lounge area rather than just hotel room and ability to cook helped with flexibility and costs.

Double bed was a bit of a struggle for us as used to larger, particularly on hot nights but room could not accommodate bigger. High tog quilt not appropriate for summer months. None of the lounge seating faced tv so room layout could be better. Large inaccessible wardrobe in lounge serving little purpose. A fan would have been appreciated. Bread and milk being provided would have been handy given distance to local shops. Cobwebs in corners of sofa, doorways etc. Dirty grout in shower. Toothbrush cup had not been cleaned .Housekeeping not as good as I expected from reviews.
