This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Villa HOUX & IVY #0384 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following additional charges: Bed linen for a double bed - EUR 15 per week Bed linen for a single bed - EUR 10 per week Towels - EUR 10 per week, per person
