The Piggery

Beautiful location. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Needs a bit of an update and a deep clean. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area overnight.

Such a beautiful, little lodge in the countryside! Had all of the amenities that you could need, with a little kitchenette. Bed was very comfortable and everything worked well (such as water pressure in the shower, tv etc). We loved it and would definitely recommend!

The location was beautiful. In the peaceful countryside. The accommodation had everything you need. It was warm and cosy. Perfect retreat

We had a excellent stay at the Piggery. Would highly recommend.

The space is tiny and cluttered. Can't get in and out of bathroom and sink is almost impossible to get to. No washing toiletries provided and no prior warning that they're not provided. Bedding is old and thrown over the bed rather than the made being "made up" it's just like sleeping in a spare bedroom in a relatives house or being locked into your granny's garden shed. Never again.

The property was compact with some nice touches and very peaceful. Great location but we were only there for a functional stopover so couldn't enjoy all that the area had to offer. Welcome message, directions and milk were all appreciated.

The bed was soft, the sink was tiny, no plug and one shower door came off it's runner. No disasters just not perfect.

It was self catering. Host very friendly, extremely helpful and kind. Great little place, so tranquil and peaceful. Ideal for my stay.
