Beautiful converted building. Very clean and well appointed. We had all the appliances, cutlery, dishes etc. one you need on a vacation. The lounge area was exceptionally comfortable with 2 seater couches that reclined. There was a full bathroom downstairs and one upstairs along with an en suite toilet connected to the main bedroom. The location was perfect for us and very peaceful. The owners were responsive and helpful without being intrusive. We got the impression they are always updating which is a good thing. A lovely experience overall.

Ideal for what we required

Fantastic location and property, nice spacious grounds, peaceful. Anything you could need for a self catering holiday is found at the property. Would highly recommend staying here and already planning to book a week here next year.

I found the mattresses were uncomfortable.

2nd visit to this property was every bit as good as the first. Booked along with No 1 for a party of 8 it was ideal for our group. If you want comfortable accommodation in a (mostly) quiet location this should suit. Just beware that RAF Marham is nearby & there is sometimes loud aircraft noise - to remind you to go outside to look out for planes! Lovely & warm for a break in the autumn/winter.

No dishwasher or freezer. Doesn't bother us, but may be important to others.

Clean, comfortable, very functional - everything to make it your home during your stay. Stunning lake and rivers nearby. Fishing on site and across the road. Very responsive host. Very much enjoyed the hike on the property and fitness classes at nearby studio.

In ideal location for visiting the surrounding area. Very clean and great furnishings.

Could be improved by increasing the amount of cutlery.
