Property is in an excellent location, everything is a 10-15 min walk away. It’s decorated beautifully and the top floor gets a lot of natural light.

Had some issues with the drainage in the bathroom, but after notifying the owner she came herself and resolved it quickly for us.

"Fabulous location and terrific design made for a perfect stay in Bath."

Everything! Location, design, quality, utility, comfort, toiletries, character and owner engagement. A really nice touch to find a bottle of wine and pint of milk in the fridge 😁. The Bath Park and Ride service stops about 200m from the property, so no city parking issues.

"Lovely stay!"

The location was great, it was really central with a very short walk to the town centre. There was a really great cafe for breakfast right around the corner called Boston Tea Party. The house itself was really stylish and well designed, and very clean. It is clear that the owners take a lot of pride in the place. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, including really handy things like condiments, cooking oils, tea bags, washing up liquid etc - anything where is a pain to buy for just one cooking session!

There was a fair amount of noise coming from a tequila place around the corner. You could hear it from the living room but weirdly not in the bedroom so it didn’t cause a problem for us.

"Unbelievably luxurious and stylish apartment in prime location."

Superb location and styling. Felt very welcoming and homely. The heating was instantly responsive and easy to control, would have used the stove if it had been colder. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

We had no complaints but constructive feedback could be: not alot of wood provided for the stove - or instructions, and the WiFi wasn’t fantastic.

Great property. Great location. Tidy. Clean. Guest products. All well appointed.

Parking is a bit of a faff but you should expect that in central Bath!
