"Great stay while visiting alton towers"

The property was lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds. It was great having an en suite and a main bathroom, especially having 3 teenage girls with us . The house was spotless and was a nice touch, having a tv in the master bedroom. It was in a great location for visiting alton Towers as only just over 30 minutes by car.

Could do with more cooking utensils etc

"If you have allergies stay elsewhere not worth the risk"

Great location

After requesting feather free pillows and duvets due to an anaphylactic allergy which we were assured was done, it was not resulting in a horrific situation of not being able to breathe, two epi pens and a hospital visit later, lucky to be alive I contacted the property and received an half hearted apology, nothing more they did not even over to remove the feather items or change the bedding! Overall the property was in need of a good clean, a lick of paint and someone to clear the previous guests filthy search history.

Very clean and beautiful house will definitely be back if we go to Alton Towers theme park

Could do with some cooling fans if it's hot weather
