we were missing a broom which was delivered after asking, WiFi never fixed after high winds so had 5 out of 6 days without it. needs some hooks in 2nd bedroom

"OK but not the luxury that it’s advertised as"

good location and easy to access

Ran out of gas so had an evening without heating or hot water . The property were aware but we only found out after calling, having wasting half an hour trying to get the boiler to work. Boiler very noisy Beds not super comfortable
