"Superb dog friendly cottage close to the sea."

Beautifully presented, warm cozy dog friendly cottage. Excellent facilities throughout. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Large lounge upstairs with views over the sea towards Scotland. Large walk in shower. Towels and bed linen included. Will definitely go again. Superb hosts.

"Cottage was very good for what we wanted. We have been to Allonby many times."

Cottage was in centre of Allonby and close to the pubs and other amenities. Shower was good and kitchen had all we needed.

House was a little cool at times. Couldn't find a clothes airer for washing after using the washing machine. A shame that the local bus service was stopped this summer - nothing to do with Maggie!

Beautiful area , quiet and peaceful with lots of lovely walks - a car would be needed to explore more widely. The accommodation was centrally located and near the beach. It was very clean , had everything we needed, including a modern bathroom and great shower. We felt it provided good value for money.

Bed was a little small.

Allonby is a great place with fantastic seaside walks. Not a lot else going on there but easy distance to lake district, great Indian in Maryport Great shower in the property and lovely views from sitting room.

Would have loved a heated towel rail, but radiators are fine
