Situation, facilities - .loved the estate grounds and walled garden in particular and enjoyed bikes.

The hot water system was quirky - overnight heating only I think- and we didn’t realise we needed to recharge it if we used up the hot water

"Exceptional"

The cottage was fantastic, cosy and felt like home from home. We absolutely loved the castle grounds, and especially the walled garden. Spent our days there picking apples. The whole place was a hidden gem.
