Bracken Cottage

The cottage was so cozy and in a wonderful location. It felt like home from the moment we arrived.

Lovely cottage that was a great place to chill out . The cottage was well equipped so cooking on the first night was easy.

Quite a lot of tractor and lorry noise from the road during the day that we didn’t expect.

Loved the space around the property. Loved that it was pet friendly, that it had a log burner and it was very cosy and warm. Also Loved the views and the peace and quiet.

At the property there is everything you need and more. The garden is enclosed for dogs etc which is a bonus. Would recommend to family and friends looking to stay in the area.

Lovely cottage, dog friendly, clean, with a fully enclosed and secure garden, which as a dog owner is extremely difficult to find somewhere where the dog will be safe & clean house

Fantastic dog friendly property in a stunning location, with very friendly and helpful hosts - we're already planning our next visit! Very comfortable bed, cosy living/dining space which was excellent for us and our dogs, who also loved having the run of the enclosed garden and driveway. The only negative was that we didn't stay longer!

Views were gorgeous! Super comfy bed, great powerful hot shower, lovely spacious living area with fab wood burning stove (although we didn’t use it) Great kitchen and has all the amenities you need. Only a short drive to Newcastle town centre. Great hosts and always contactable
