The Pigsty - 3 Bedroom Barn Conversion

Roomy accommodation with well equipped kitchen including laundry facilities. Downstairs bathroom and further shower room with toilet upstairs. Large master bedroom,single room and family room with double and single bed ,so suited our family of five. Lounge with TV and WiFi. Outside seating area and parking. The children enjoyed playing on the available trampoline and swings. Rural area but not far to drive from the Memorial Park where we were attending the Godiva festival. A bit chilly in the evening and morning which was quickly solved by adjusting the fast acting heating thermostat . We didn't meet the owner but good communication by phone. Self check in and out.

The property is one of several outhouse conversions down a single track lane which was not signposted but we had good directions. We ran out of towels which were fluffy but not very big. We didn't realise this until we were getting ready the next morning or we'd have asked for more. I noticed that one of the wine glasses had a hairline crack. We were only there overnight but would happily have stayed for a week.

Spacious cottage, nice kitchen, very quaint setting. Three beds and two baths worked well for our family.

Lack of signage made it difficult to find. The road to access it is very rough. Some of the dishes weren’t clean. I washed them before we used them.

A stunning barn conversion, finished to a very high standard. The photos don’t do it justice. Such a lovely, peaceful location. Clear communication from the owner before arrival which included easy to follow directions to find the property thank you. We wish we could have had longer to appreciate it all, but it’s an excuse to return again!

Slightly secluded, not sure of any amenities near by but if your after a peaceful stay then thus is the place

Convenient for the airport. Also handy for Coventry and Birmingham

The welcome pack biscuits were six months out of date. They gave me a stomach ache. I only realised they were bad when I checked the sell by date!
