Location, Location, Location. Property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped - the owners seem to have thought of everything needed for a home from home vacation. Rear garden is a real suntrap - we were fortunate enough to have sunny weather every day. We were a mixed family group of seven adults aged mid 50's + an 89 year old. Booked Llanbedrog as we used to take our annual family vacations there some 40/50 years ago and wanted a trip down memory lane - we were not disappointed. Beach is just as we remembered it. Beach bar AQUA - extended and fantastic, plus the Art Gallery and Cafe facilities do a superb Full Welsh Breakfast - and all within walking distance. Pity the Pub was closed but it really didn't impact on our holiday. Brought back many happy memories. Would highly recommend and already considering rebooking later in the season we had such a great break.

Struggling to think of anything that we did not like - the place is perfect.
