"Perfect location, spacious house, all facilities"

The location was perfect in the midst of some really nice restaurants and close enough to all the attactions of Brighton. We met Xavier two times and had some nice chats with him. He gave us some tips on things to do which we liked a lot. He was also very accomodating to our needs.

The house is beautiful and Xavier was very friendly and accommodating! We were able to bring our little dog with us who also really enjoyed the holiday. The living room is great to hang out in, and the kitchen is well equipped. We’ll be back!

A toilet on the ground floor would be practical, otherwise everything was really great! That being said, we were 7 people staying at the house and managed fine with the one bathroom, it’s just a bit of a trek up two flights of stairs - but not a reason not stay at the house. Also the room right at the top used to be an attic so isn’t great for asthmatics, just FYI!

"Would definitely re-book next time we have work in Brighton"

Xavier was lovely. It was easy to message him about arrival times and he was at the property to meet us when we arrived. We were in a bit of a rush to get to our conference or we would have chatted longer and admired the house with him. He kindly organised parking for us for 2 cars very close to the property. There were some lovely flowers on the table and tea, coffee and biscuits, the kitchen was well stocked etc. We really didn't have to bring everything that we did. Our 2 little doggies were made very welcome. Unlike most holiday lets, it has a real homely feel with nic nacs, rugs, pictures and cushions, you can tell it was Xavier's home and that he still cares about it.

It's a trek to the top floor for the only bathroom. If it were my property, I would try and squeeze a second loo & washbasin in somewhere and I would give the bathroom a bit of a makeover, but that's just me............It's still really lovely.
