Although the front room had a sea view which was lovely it was very diseptive as to how far it was to walk. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

Long walk back and forth into St ives up hill not really good for older generation or people with walking difficulties. Parking was limited and expensive.

"Great weekend away"

Location is great and the bathroom is fantastic

Blinds in the one bedroom let in way too much light, the mattress topper seemed like a giant sponge that was very uncomfortable to sleep on and couldn't regulate my body temperature which made it hard to sleep

"My wife and I had a fantastic , relaxing time at the Barn"

Location was brilliant with a lovely view of the sea from the front. Only a 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and sea front.

Television viewing was hit and miss due to poor signal so couldn't get BBC particularly in morning. Duvet in rear bedroom was falling apart and could do with a better quality replacement.

"NYE at the Barn"

The location is great with parking and the home is modern and is well kitted out for the stay.

"Amazing property, home from home"

The property was such a good size, superb quality furniture and kitchen items. So much thought has gone into this accommodation affording guests to enjoy their stay. The blankets and towels stunningly white and excellent quality. The welcome pack a lovely thoughtful gift. Parking an added bonus, St Ives having extremely narrow streets and limited parking. It is a home from home

The only negative I would say is a tumble dryer would be a brilliant addition, save putting heating on to dry washing, beach towels etc., Apart from that no other negatives

We found the property spotless, everything we needed, the welcome bag was a very nice thought. To be able to park the car and walk in to St Ives was a bonus, without the hassle of finding parking spaces. Having lovely accommodation was a plus to a fantastic holiday. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all involved. 👍🏻😃
