Knollmead House

The house was very clean and everything was easy to find and use. Having a car made it easy to get around and see things. And with Worcester Park station not far, we were able to get to Waterloo in around 30 minutes on the train and see the London Eye, Madame Tussauds, and the Sea Life attractions easily. The house was comfortable for a family of 5 and had everything we needed. We liked the fact that the house wasn't in a busy area but a rather quiet residential neighbourhood. Magda was super responsive to my messages and happy to answer questions and give any information I needed.

There was a handheld vacuum available, but we couldn't get it to last more than 5 minutes even after leaving it to charge overnight, and without a dustpan to hand, cleaning up crumbs off the rug was a bit tricky. It would have been nice if there was a guest book with some essential information like local supermarkets, the closest pharmacy/hospital, and things like how to turn on/off the heating if you felt too hot or cold. Of course you can Google everything now, but it would've been nice to have that information to hand.

Very very clean, spacious rooms with lots of storage. Easy parking. Kitchen had everything you would need, so did the house in general.

Only downside for us was the living room area. It has one very uncomfortable sofa which doesn’t fit more than 3 people on, so of an evening dining chairs had to be used which were not suitable sitting for an evening.

Very clean, well equipped and organised. Thank you for a lovely stay. Group of aunt, nephew, neice and grandparents visiting for daughters end of year art show.

Long grass but a quiet haven of a garden to relax in. Great kitchen , kettle needs descaling, but that's London water !
