The door code is not easy

The house was perfect for our weekend to run the Weymouth half marathon. Great rooms with ensuite facilities, beautiful kitchen with lots of crockery, glasses and a huge dining table to seat us all. The house was lovely and warm and spotless. A really good location too, just a 20 minute walk to the centre along the front.

Great communication from the owner, really helpful. House was really clean on arrival. Good location. We also loved the big table.

Small living room and not enough sofas would be my only complaint!

Great place to stay, very comfy, great facilities, easy to find every thing, great communication with the host.

It was a cold day and the heating had not been switched on to warm up the house for our arrival, but that was the only disappointment with a toddler.

This is such a great property, great for all families with plenty of room, the only difficult thing we found was who was having what bedroom, there were so many to choose from and they all looked so lovely, each with their own en-suite. The rooms were also very spacious and beds comfortable to sleep on. Only thing I could recommend was that they all needed curtains unfortunately the wooden shutters let in a lot of light in the mornings. There were plenty of toys for the younger ones such as Lego which my children happily played with definitely no need to bring your own. Also a huge range of dvds and board games were available. The children’s bedroom was also a favourite, it is beautifully decorated and the children bunk beds were amazing. The whole house is also decorated well and really felt like home. The additional bonuses such as the coffee maker and milk frother was a big hit and we was provided with Milk in fridge and a lovely pack of biscuits which went down well when we arrived, was much needed after a long drive down. There is room on driveway for two cars we had two large cars and was tightly parked but definitely possible otherwise you can park on road across the driveway. The location was very close to the town and a short walk to the beach. A very short drive to the Sealife centre and the Harvester nearby is highly recommended. I would definitely recommend coming here and definitely considering coming again in the future. Also we would not of have known the pub was next door if we didn’t look! There was absolutely no noise from them and we visited during the Kings coronation so was busy at this time. So don’t let the location of the pub put you off!!
