Caravan is lovely and in a good location. Value for money. Very well equipt. Bed comfy but small. Decking is a lovely sun trap! I would recommend this accommodation.

Bed is a little small for larger folk(husband 6ft 6in) feet hanging out. A little extra cleaning was needed. Owner informed and offered to ask cleaners to call round. This was not necessary as we sorted it out ourselves.

everything needed for a comfy stay. owners very informative and easily contactable.

slightly longer walk to the beach then stated (had 2 small children), although we could of missed shortcuts if any.

Location suited us, we have stayed at Chapel st leonards many times.

Couldn't get in to the caravan area as we were told we could collect a pass for the entry electric gate, yet the Reception area wasnt open until the next day. We did try to message the owners, but they didn't respond until the next day, after it was sorted. Caravan was clean. Could do with an update on the pots and pans though, some were very scratched. Overall a good stay.

Clean comfy and perfectly located

Very clean and comfortable. We have Been to static caravan 3 times now. Hosts very helpful.

The electrics kept tripping. But it wasn't tbe fuses. We were in total darkness for a while one night. Then the next night the fuses tripped this time. And the carbon monoxide alarm was bleeping very loudly every 2 to 3 minutes.

Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location. It had everything we needed. we have been there 3 times now. and would definitely go back again . Good value for money. Hosts very helpful.
