Spacious, comfortable, quiet, close to Cromer, Sheringham and holt. Exceptionally clean.

"Great place to stay if you like the country side and nice walks."

No breakfast but some very nice cakes on arrival, location is great, off the main road but easy to find and walks right on your doorstep. Great for the dog and secure fenced in area just outside the entrance.

The track to the cottage is a little on the rough side, a lot of pot holes but not too bad if your going slow.

"Lovely, quiet, great location."

Facilities were great, no complaints at all in that regard. Location was was really nice, quiet and private. I liked the fact the owner left us to it, but if we needed anything it was just a phone call or email away.

Ideally located for lots of different places/attractions. Quiet, peaceful, very dog friendly, secure gated area for dogs.

Would pick one of the other cottages on site with grassed area if taking dogs nxt time. But thats just personal preference.

Very comfortable and clean. Good location. Lovely touch from the hoist with milk and lovely chocolate cake. Would go again
