Minneymoor lodge

The decor was outstanding , so homely , I didn’t want to move even though I had family to visit

Spacious and clean

A great location for what we needed, with ample and secure parking. Great facilities and a 24 hour shop next door. Clean throughout with everything you need. There was milk in the fridge and free tea/coffee + a complimentary snack left. The host went above and beyond with a request and was very helpful.

The rooms are not separate and have no door between them, TV signal was unreliable and cut out, some coffee jars were empty/old but left and cupboards sporadically stocked. Also, no vinegar! Exterior light comes on and off in the night and it is next to quite a busy main road so come prepared if you're a light sleeper. But none of this affected my stay, just pointing it out.

The house was really beautifully appointed, easy to find and check into. Close convenience shop, and facilities within the house easy to use. The bed were a but soft for me, but that's my own personal preference! Generally we loved the house, and the location and would happily have stayed longer

There was no cutlery but had everything else. Didn’t put us off as we were eating out.
