The park it’s really nice, there’s swimming pools inside and outside. Small shop, laundry. Everything you need. Location very good. The house is comfortable.

Two things that I didn’t like was: Fiona (the host) wasn’t the most friendly person. Also the house wasn’t very clean.

Caravan was lovely and clean

Site was disappointing. Swimming was expensive, especially given how basic and poorly maintained it was. Club house didn't open until 3pm and was very basic. However this is no fault of the host.

Comfy beds, clean, well stocked kitchen equipment for our stay, quiet location on park. Good communication with host.

Nothing. Boiler stopped working briefly, park staff sorted problem quickly!

"We had a good time in Cornwall but with some improvement in the facilities the trip would have been memorable."

The property is located well within the reach of beaches and town centre. The vicinity was quite clean and secure.

Would appreciate if basic toiletries like a handwash liquid was available for the guests who are expected to use the restroom after a long journey. The washroom blinds were also not working properly. Few of the kitchen tools like can opener was also not working. It would be good if you could review your facilities for better overall experience.
