Brookvale Cottage

The house was really comfortable and very well equipped . Both Pamela and Andrew were warm and welcoming and we had a fabulous welcome pack ...including homemade shortbread !

There was nothing not to like ..it was all great !

Beautifully appointed cottage. Well thought out for guests with information booklets for walkers/families/cyclists. Many little extra touches. Lovely welcome food gifts. Garden and yard beautifully planted out, with plenty places to sit and enjoy the sun. We had a lovely stay. Owner Pamela was attentive and extremely pleasant

Absolutely nothing

Everything - cottage was beautiful, very comfortable and everything a person staying could possibly need has been thought of. The location is lovely and the cottage is very well set up for a family, with a comfortable double and a separate bedroom with decent sized twin beds up stairs, so perfect for teens. We appreciated the generous welcome goodies that were left on arrival, along with the cosy lit stove. I would highly recommend Brookvale Cottage and would love to stay again.

It was so beautiful, smelt divine, and had lots of fun things to do on the doorstep!

Cosy fire, home made shortbread & marmalade, sweetpea. Beautiful tasteful cottage. Very clean.

Thought it unnecessary to get instructions by email to tidy dishes & put rubbish in outside bins & to use visitors book - changed the atmosphere slightly when we were enjoying our last relaxing morning.

The host kindly supplied breakfast items and there was a supermarket a short distance away. The cottage had everything we needed
