Beautiful property very clean in the perfect location ,

I don’t think there is anything which needed improving.

Everything the communication with the owner was excellent. And the caravan amazing so clean comfy, and treats left so thank you Claire really appreciate it.

Caravan was spacious, clean and comfortable. Facilities are good, made lots of use of the pool.

Really great mobile with everything you could need for your stay. Very clean and well located on the site. Very understandable host and clear communication. Have already recommended to family and friends.

Would have liked the travel cot to be assembled as we got in late but discussed with host i understand why they don't. Hairdryer would be good!

Very comfortable and cosy. Hosts were fabulous. The lodge is in a prime position on the site, only a stones throw from all the amenities and still very quiet. Everything catered for, enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - managed to cook all over Xmas with no difficulties! Hosts even provided a small fibre optic Xmas tree, lovely surprise!

The light on the decking by the door didn't work, it was very dark in the evening - we used our phone torches so not a deal breaker! Also the en-suite window wouldn’t open, but again didn’t bother us!

Clean and well Equipped kitchen

Direction and description to property not very clear. Agent not very responsive when we were having problems on day of checking in. Late in responding. Kitchen tap was leaking till the day we checked out and deck lights were down since we checked in. Trying to unlock the property without light was indeed not easy. Especially in the cold late autumn weather.

Super clean, very spacious and had all the comforts of home…even the smallest detail was thought of…bed was the comfiest have ever slept in and the tea/coffee milk and biscuits left as a welcome were a lovely touch

Nothing that could be improved on in the property, only thing if had to pick something was that it was a little dark on a night outside so if needed to go out a little extra outside lighting would be good but did not detract from the exceptional standard overall
