Location is excellent. house so clean and tidy. Will certainly go back again. Close to nature park and beach our dogs loved every minute.

The downstairs toilet. The number of bedrooms and lovely garden made the stay ! Been twice

The house is very quaint, the furnishings are the same as they would have been when it was owned. The area was very quiet and is very accessible for buses, to town and further afield, and back to Rhyl train/bus station. Dawn was extremely nice and helpful with any queries and went so far as to let me know about a pre day party that was happening on the Saturday of our stay for which we both got tickets.

For me I would have liked to have blackout linings in the curtains as the sunlight in the twin bedded room disturbed me in the mornings .

Convenient location, very clean, spacious, comfortable and homely, good sized garden to sit in the sunshine and for the dogs to enjoy.

This is our second stay at this property. We were met by Dawn on arrival who was very helpful. The property was spotlessly clean with everything you'd need. The area is very quiet. It's perfect for us as a family and we'll definitely be back

Very clean and comfortable everything you need is there.

The Grill needs looking at as it does not heat up enough took 3/4 hour to grill bacon.
