Elegant Lodge with Hot Tub

great location very comfy homely lodge didnt want to come home, will defo be booking to come back again

hot tub wasn't working the second night temp was too cold so we couldnt use it we did complain and they was coming to check it but we was checking out at 10 so was no good to us then, the staff was very apologetic and offered me a good price to return at a later date so all good in the end.

The lodge was beautiful well equipped and in a hood location . we had breakfast & dinner delivered to the lodge from the on-site restaurant and the food was lovely and delivered very fast staff are really lovely too .

unfortunately there was a few damages to the lodge when we arrived some one had punched a hole the bedroom door and also in the small bedroom a strip of wood from the ceiling had been pulled down and just left on the bed , can’t believe people actually cause this sort of damage to lovely places like this , whilst I get the door would take longer to fix I didn’t think the wood would be left like that in the small bedroom for new guests . Also noticed a few flys on the floor in the bathrooms which is a shame as the lodge was beautiful apart from this .

The lodge was immaculate, perfect location and had everything we needed.

We only made use of the hot tub 1 day out of the 3 because the second day the water levels dropped and then the hot tub wouldn’t heat back up. Staff did come to look at it after a few hours wait, and it was a problem with the jets, however the hot tub didn’t heat up the rest of that night.

It was very clean and the hot tub was amazing.

We loved it all. The only thing missing were a few extra plastic glasses for use around the hot tub
