Delightful Bird Sisters Cottage with Free Parking

The property is compact and all required amenities were available, down to laundry/dish washing detergent and kitchen towel. The available space is well used, with natural sunlight in every room. It is very conveniently located, within short walking distance from town centre, train station and supermarkets (Tesco Express and Sainsbury local). The wifi was sufficiently fast. Straight-forward self check in.

The 'cottage' is a small terraced house along a street which is a little run down. The property is spread on 3 floors with quite steep stairs. The top 'bedroom' is in the loft with a ceiling height of about 5 feet- not sufficient for adults to stand up straight.

A Well presented house, in great location, bed we're very comfortable, fans available which came in handy .

A full-length mirror would be useful, The gate outside difficult to lock , did contact owner who was helpful .

It felt cosy, comfortable and homey. Great location - walking distance from Brighton train station and to the waterfront and most key areas. The Property Manager Renny was extremely helpful and very prompt to respond to any queries we had.

Not a problem for us, but very steep and narrow stairs to access the bedrooms upstairs so may not be ideal for guests with accessibility issues.

Central location but quiet - easy to the station shops the lanes the seafront . Comfortable - everything you need - cute terrace to sit out for breakfast in the sunshine with gorgeous plants .

Nothing not to like

From the moment we arrived, our host Renny was so helpful and attentive about everything! The house was spotlessly clean and all amenities from dishwasher tablets , to shower gels and hand wash was covered! It really was a home from home! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the sea front but a stones throw away from all the restaurants, shops and bars! Right near the train station too! Great parking space, enough for 2 cars included in the reasonably priced stay! Nice neighbours, lovely little terrace garden to enjoy a quiet breakfast! Comfy beds and the 2 bathrooms come in handy! Nice touch to arrive to fresh flowers and milk to make a cuppa! Little touches go along way...thankyou Renny , we will certainly be booking to stay at one of your properties again soon

Nothing we didn't like, everything was fantastic, we would highly recommend the stay

Near to all amenities, clean and well furnished. All supplies available. Just take yourself and food.

Stairs are steep and narrow, but have to expect this in type of property.
