Absolutely brilliant location - between The Circus and The Royal Crescent, on a classic Bath street. Really quiet, attractive street and we could walk everywhere. Apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped with a good coffee machine and an oven. Sitting room and main bedroom are lovely and cosy.

We had no hot water throughout our stay. I reported it on the first morning but apparently it wasn't a priority to fix it. Fortunately the shower worked, but we had no hot water in taps in kitchen or bathroom. The bunk bed in the second bedroom needs new mattresses and the bedframe tightening up. Ok at the moment for children but I shared the bunkbed with my adult daughter and she in particular found the top mattress very uncomfortable with springs sticking out. The frame wobbles and just needs tightening with an allen key. Also needs a 'Number 1' on the front door inside the apartment block as we didn't know which was the right apartment and tried our key in all of them! Sort these things out and it would be perfect.

the location

the heating in the second room with the bunk bed didnt work, also the window was broken. the matress in the lower bunk bed was saggy. the bathroom has a mouldy ceiling and wall, the water pressure from the shower head was ridiculous. the pillows on the couch were not cleaned.

Location is incredible, just next to the Royal crescent. Might be a bit more quiet nearby but the atmosphere is really something unique, and Bath is so small that everywhere is walkable (train station around 15 m). The building is historic and you get the Georgian vibes. Overall everything was good. The cute living room was comfortable. Kitchen extremely useful and fully equipped. Bed comfortable and very quiet environment.,
