Ideal location for my business purpose; cottage has all the required amenities; good wifi; comfy beds and ample parking; well appointed kitchen; good shower.

Shared access and parking with adjoining residential cottage, some early morning road noise as is located next to main road.

"Lovely stay in a lovely property in a great location - what more could you want?"

Lovely cottage - ideal base for a short fishing trip. Beautiful location (helped by beautiful weather) close to the places we needed to be. Everything you need for a holiday stop - well equipped, well organised, and great communication from the host before arrival. All you'd want really.

Nothing at all. It is - as described - a small property, so two guests or a couple is ideal - more than that might be a bit of a squeeze. And having a bathroom on a different floor from the bedrooms is perhaps not ideal, but it's all about using the space you have.

"A perfectly quirky place to stay."

Location was easy to find, excellent details were provided beforehand. If visiting the Dornoch Firth area thia is an ideal location, close to local amenities. I was passing through the area but wanting to visit friends in Golspie so was perfect for me. the property itself is perfect and quirky. Very well equipped kitchen and a very cosy place to stay. The neighbours are friendly and no noise was heard from them.

Not a problem for me but please be aware that the bedrooms are both upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs and through the living room and kitchen.
