Location was amazing. It has all you need in the house and the balcony was good for evening drinks.

Just needed a little bit of tlc in places (clearly it has been used a lot due to its popularity) but overall it was good.

Perfect position right near beach ,plenty of free parking and everything you need for a good holiday

Nicely presented mid terrace house , clean , cozy & well equipped , a stones throw from a very nice beach , friendly host with great communication , decent wifi ,

Nothing major that we really disliked , we thought the third bedroom was a little small & my son wasn't a fan of the futon so he shared one of the good size double rooms , the tv struggled on some channels but I'm nit picking ,

Close to the beach, very clean, good value for money

The beds weren’t very comfy, had springs digging in my ribs, daughter was uncomfortable on the small bed also

In a great location, a minute from the beach, near cafes, chippys and the supermarket. Not far from Yarmouth, 10min drive.

Property does need updating, cleaning could be better, beds probably need new mattresses.

good location within mins of beach and close to eateries. and it had a teapot.

nothing that is changeable, but would be worth mentioning that the steep stairs for people with mobility issues. although we prefer carpets.

no single bed in 3rd room just blow up mattress. not ideal for 3 older ladies
