"Perfect cottage to explore the Woodbridge & Sutton area."

The property has a lovely ambiance, it is light & airy with two outdoor garden spaces for sunny days. It is very well equipped for self catering. The location is excellent, a minutes walk for shops and less than 5’ to the waterfront. Perfect !

The cottage’s location was perfect on a very quiet one way street. Loved the little garden, perfect for a morning coffee.

The fridge could do with a deep clean. Wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived!

Quaint, pretty, nicely decorated Location is excellent Lovely garden Comfortable bed with a cool duvet Cosy heating

If you like music you'll need to take your own speaker. There are a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, but didn't spoil our stay. Parking will always be a pain for central Woodbridge, nobody can do anything about that!

"I enjoyed my week's stay very much, meeting up with family and old friends."

Very well situated, being so close to the town centre, the river, and public transport. Loved the courtyard garden as well.Everything was in very good condition and the key safe was easy to operate.

The stairs are very steep, which some people of my age would find incredibly difficult to navigate. I think this should be mentioned in the property details. I could have done with a good reading lamp in the living room.
