Excellent property. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable furnishings. Lovely and warm underfloor heating. Nothing not to like about this property and safe to say it is the best we have ever stayed in.

"Perfect relaxing break near the North Yorks Moors"

Everything! The location is lovely, the cottage itself is finished to a very high standard and is well maintained. Everyone is very helpful. The garden is quiet to sit out in and undisturbed. Would recommend it to anyone.

"A great place to 'rest'"

Fantastic little cottage, really clean and comfortable with some great mod cons! A lovely touch of a welcome package with a few goodies. Location was excellent, only just outside Pickering and all the attractions of the North Yorkshire Moors within a short distance.

The dishwasher wasn't working, the owner did apologise stating it was booked in to be repaired. It was only a very minor inconvenience!
