Perfect location for Newport & surrounding areas with peaceful countryside views

What's not to like... Beautiful place to chill and relax. Myself and my dog were made up and if my dogs happy then so I am. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, solid wooden floors, quality decor, just lovely and perfect to relax in a peaceful farm environment but yet close to amenities. Clear skies gave full view of the milky way and Wow is all I can say. Only thing missing is a beach but in the Midlands I think you'd struggle. Just such a nice placed secure parking, secure rear area for my dog and farm animals onsite for my pouch to say hello too and a lovely quiet lane to go for a peaceful walk. Having a few self contained lodges / cottages on site this was perfect for me on my own and would be great for a group. I stay I lots of Airbnb and cottages, hotels etc but this is just a breath of fresh air and well worth every penny for a getaway or just a stay over. Host Sara is lovely and has her own dogs who are adorable, chickens a horse and there's a guard if cows on site also. Thank you Sarah for our stay, as I said my dog loved and if she's happy then so am I.

The space was beautiful, more so than the pictures suggested. The property was on a lovely farm in the calm and quiet. There were cows, dogs, a horse and chickens. We didn't use the pool in the end but it looked lovely. They provide towels, two pillows and all the plates and cutlery you need.

We didn't have a tea towel which would have been really useful. We had salt, pepper and some other essentials but there was no milk even though we had tea and coffee which was a shame.

Lovely stay, welcoming hosts, relaxing and quiet, close to local amenities, perfectly clean, awesome for dogs, has a great pool and friendly farm animals!

Would suggest maybe some new/firmer pillows on the bed, they were very soft, however this is more of a personal preference. Everything else was perfect, thank you!
