Excellent stay, cottage amazing, very comfortable with everything there that we needed. We will definately return and would recommend anyone to stay here although stairs may be a problem for some people.

Lovely quaint, homely place. Hosts couldn't be more helpful. The place was very welcoming and definitely would stay again! 5 min walk to the conference centre, 10 min walk from Harrogate Town centre

Lovely cottage, comfortable beds, good location for the town centre etc. It was perfect for the 3 of us.

The stairs were very narrow in their depth, and reasonably steep, which made it more difficult for me with a broken lower leg to get up to the bedroom and bathroom, but it is an older property and I only broke my leg the day before

Property had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Easy to find, park and access.

A lovely cottage in the heart of Harrogate , exceptionally clean, and so many homely touches would definitely recommend this cottage to other travellers

Everything - It is a lovely quaint and cosy cottage and has everything you need for your stay in Harrogate. It is in a great location and is only about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. We also loved the little touches like the fresh milk and biscuits that were left for us on our arrival. Also, the parking permit was great, which you can use for your duration of your stay and can park in the zoned area outside the cottage. My mam and I will definitely be returning, and we will bring my dad next time, too! Thank you

Property was as described. Was clean, well appointed,comfortable. Everything you would need was provided including crockery, toiletries. Owner left comprehensive instructions regarding heating, operating appliances, local amenities & places of interest to vist.
