Looked very dated

Only one toilet, bed bit small in main bedroom other then that lovely stay .

Great location for visiting York. A walk in or a few minutes bus ride with bus stop near by. Excellent bus service too. The property has recently been decorated, new carpets, curtains, cushions and double glazing at the back. Great heating and hot water. Beds were very comfortable with lovely bedding.

The carpets had been recently laid which makes sense as we were there in January and owners getting ready for the visitors in the coming year. Only problem was the smell of fixative/chemicals on carpets which did cause some worry for one of the party. Good carpets for the future though. The double glazing at the back was great and expect the owners will double glazed the front but not lose the leaded lights. The two front rooms were facing the traffic lights - quite a bit if noise and draft coming I to the room. As said, the great heating helped to warm the rooms before a night's sleep....

Lovely warm, clean house in a good location to walk into York town centre

Great place.

It was a lovely comfortable house within walking or an easy bus journey into the centre of town.

The kitchen wasn't brilliantly laid out, but know it's restricted on size. A panel in the bathroom kept popping off. Difficult to get into the lock box for keys.
