"Perfect cosy home in good location"

Mainly the fantastic location, mother in law is in a Nursing home around the corner so this was perfect for us to have Mum out for the day and meet with all the family who live up North. We had a very comfortable stay and the host was very good with their communication and allowed us to check in early too. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. All good!

Just a couple of minor things, there was only 3 mugs, could have done with a few more. It would have been nice to have a downstairs toilet, there is plenty of space!

Comfortable Spacious Clean

There was only one toilet roll, and as we were a large group, it wasn't enough for everybody. Communication - Before the stay, it was ok, but the owner stopped replying after it. We've left a pair of glasses, but the owner doesn't replied us back, telling if it's been found or not

Excellent location, Asda is just down the road if needed. Just Eat have a good selection of food options for delivery. Spotlessly clean, really comfy beds. The Christmas tree was a really lovely extra touch! Excellent communication from Steve.

"Family get together"

The bedding was beautifully clean.

Little touches missing from booking.com information. No shower gel , no soap in bathroom, no board games. So we purchased a game and left it there.
