Very comfortable with good quality furnishings but it is very compact indeed. Although the kitchen was tiny it was extremely well equipped and a very nice touch was the welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits and the cleaning pack. Also a positive for my partner was that there was access on the TV to YouTube and Netflix. Keswick Cottages were very helpful indeed and kept in contact. The tablet showing information was also good but there wasn't very much information on it.

A tray or mat just inside the door would have been a good idea for boots but luckily we took a mat with us. The only issue was that there weren't any instructions regarding the TV and the remote wasn't the best, even after we changed the batteries. A bit of info regarding operation of the TV would have been a big bonus.

A lovely cosy little flat in a great location

A plastic shoe tray to put wet muddy walking boots on would be a useful addition, and would protect your carpets!

Certain elements of the accommodation wasn't cleaned to reasonable standards before arrival. Microwave was dirty and unsaf. Howeverr, it was replaced upon request. Neighbouring property was having constriction work, so for 7-8 days, it was very noise with vibrations, so it it wasn't pleasant to be in the accommodation. In the photographs, the property looked a lot larger. However, the kitchen really was tiny, and that's an understatement. Only one person could fit in at a time. The properly is probably ideal for a short stay, but not for a long stay. There isn't enough storage to put clothes, so a three week stay wasn't the most comfortable. The customer service was helpful, and they quickly rectified any issues.
