Liberty House - Perfect for Contractors - 2 Off-Road Parking Spaces

Easy to find, 2 parking spaces, complimentary beverages, and biscuits were a really nice touch. Cleaning was average with cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling in the sitting room and light dust on the tv stand. The door on the downstairs cloakroom was very grubby. The kitchen was clean but the oven is in need of cleaning. We did not use it, but if I was there for longer and wanted to cook, i would have asked for that to be cleaned. The bathroom was clean, with nice clean towels and complimentary shower and shampoo, a nice touch.

The property is a little bit tired. The sealant on the bath was badly affected by black mould. I have not seen mould like that before. That needs to be addressed immediately.

Everything. Beds were so comfy! Kitchen well kitted out. We had a wonderful stay!

Only issue I had is the bottom sheet on double bed seemed to have some sort of glue or something on it

It was central and easily accessible via public transport. It was clean and suitable for the purpose we booked it for.

Parking for multiple cars was a little difficult as the driveway was very small

All mattresses uncomfortable, springs sticking out. Weak rails and could not put our clothes on it, rail in main bedroom could not hang clothes at all due to how it is placed. Sofas were dirty and very uncomfortable, bathroom window didn’t open. Was not easy to contact host/ did not always reply, upstairs bedroom radiator not working, blinds didn’t close properly, could see street light in main bedroom, the fittings were very basic & cheap. No hooks on doors to hang towels, no toilet roll holders, water pressure was low.
