Luxury Georgian Townhouse Moments from the Harbour

Great location, lovely property and easy access to property.

The upper bedroom has 2 beds with some low ceilings so our 2 teenagers decided to share the bedroom below (with one bed). I think the attic is best for kids but not ideal for teenagers.

Location was excellent, 30 second walk from the harbour, local spar a few doors down. All facilities top spec with little attentions to detail. House was spacious modern and clean. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay with our family. The house is absolutely stunning - very spacious and beautifully decorated. It is located on a quiet little back street on the west side of Looe. 10-minute walk from the main beach and shops. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a great selection of kids books which my daughter very much appreciated. The hosts are really lovely and offered loads of help. Looe is also wonderfully idyllic and the people are so kind.

The top room gets very hot. It was only 20 degrees outside during the day but almost too stuffy for my daughter to sleep in.

The openness, the space, clean and lovely decoration. Easily walkable into Looe and easy to access with nearby parking (not having any allocated parking was a concern, but with a weekly parking permit for the Millpool car park)

Heating was a bit tricky. Parking was a challenge.

The location made it easy to get to East Looe. We used the free street parking at Hannafore which was 10-15 mins walk but not a problem especially since the weather was so good. The oven and hob were easy to use and the kitchen equipment fine. The key box and electronic fob for access to the property was efficient.

The wash basin in the bathroom is on the small side and the mirror light make it difficult to use for brushing teeth. Maybe a better lock on the bathroom door.

Almost reluctant to send this as don’t want to reveal the secret. What a beautiful house and home. Memories for our family that will never be forgotten. Looe is a magical place, Jaime and Teresa’s house and home is stunning. For anyone that takes this advice, Enjoy.
