It felt clean,cosy, comfortable and lots of personal touches which we appreciated.

Steps down to the front door could possibly benefit from a handrail.

Gorgeous decor. Use and placement of table lamps created a warm cosy environment. And there are lots of lovely table lamps throughout the space! Kind, thoughtful hosts. Clean and great quality bed linen and furnishings. Walkable to the Malvern Beacon. A wonderful place to stay.

I'm clutching at straws here! Maybe the single use shower gels and shampoos for guests ( although appreciated). A refillable dispensing device for the shower to cut down on plastic usage may be a future idea...but as I have said, it's difficult to find any fault with such a wonderful property.

Great location for the showground. Generally very comfortable and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and good to have off-street parking. Good communication from hosts.

Only minor issues that wouldn’t stop me booking again. The stairs are a bit of a pain, especially after a long day out. The parking space is quite compact but having said that, I did manage to squeeze my transit onto it.

The location ans hosts were exceptionally out of this world with communications

We loved everything about the cottage, in particular we appreciated how clean, fresh and welcoming it felt - a home away from home. The hosts clearly care about the experience of their guests which makes it all round a great experience. Thank you 😊
