Wells Cottage

The outstanding décor and cleanliness struck me as soon as I walked in. It was spotless! There were lots of little extras which made the place so homely - the fresh flowers, prosecco and local Malvern water. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Parking was very good with own space and directions were spot-on. You could tell that this place is lovingly maintained with the guests' interests at heart; everything had been thought of! Quiet and felt safe; good insulation so very little noise from the road. I loved the three levels with the bedroom and en-suite at the top. King-size, comfortable, firm bed. I will definitely return! Location is great for walks up onto the ridge - footpath across the road. Not too far from the Elgar graves and Herefordshire Beacon. I could go on.....Unmissable.

Nothing much to complain about. Shower temperature a bit difficult to regulate, but the water was nice and hot; steps down from parking area are fine with care.

key-safe access. nice little welcome items - fresh milk Choccy biscuits tea coffee & breakfast cereal. good quality household items. lovely warm & cosy. location close to footpaths to access on foot from the property. private parking space. short drive to places of interest.

blinds in bedroom that provide privacy ( as overlooked on road side )without closing the fabulous blackout curtains.

Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and a thoughtful welcome pack left in the fridge- highly recommend.

there was nothing to dislike

Such a beautiful cottage, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need for a few days away. Ideally situated for the Malvern Hills (literally just across the road) and not far from Malvern (we walked there) or the County Show Ground(only a 10 minute walk away). Hosts made sure that everything was okay, communication was great. We had a lovely stay.

My only fault was that the shower was not warm enough for me, but I do like a hot shower.

The hosts left some lovely little treats in the fridge, which came in useful for our walks. Also, the decor is homely, and relaxing, perfect for what we wanted. Lovely and clean too.

Nothing much to comment on, only that the shower in the morning took some time to heat up, but the second person to use the shower had no complaints. It wasn't cold, just a.minor comment really.
