Glenachulish Bay with Hot Tub

great location.

wifi kept reconnecting to BT grid.

Accommodation was great. Private garden and hottub excellent! shame about the lack of support and staff

Constantly tried to call the hotel but got no answer. ever!!! went to hotel for a meal and drinks. wrong meal given twice, no service provided on outdoor tables, wrong drinks provided twice. No salad dressing available for a salad. staff had bad attitude and salad was terrible. I voiced how unhappy I was and no response. just told he would pass it on for me. probably didn't even do that. House itself was fine, the rest was a nightmare!

Cosy and well equipped cottage in a fantastic location on the side of the loch. We loved the hot tub!

Stunning location... Incredible views..from the hot tub!!! Cycle path behind the property was a lovely surprise...great for dog walking.

Couldn’t get the jacuzzi and shower in the twin room to work

Some concerns and not value for money

Dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards , house generally dirty , bathroom shower made terrible banging noise when in use and there was loud banging and water gurgling noises overnight which made it impossible to sleep . There was a fire in the house but no wood or fire lighters so we couldn’t use either. The remote control for the TV didn’t work so we had no TV or any music. One off the beds had staples in it and had a large waterproof sheet on it which made it impossible to sleep in . Very disappointing given we paid £750 for 2 nights . Could not get into the property until 4pm which is very late and had to leave at 10am very poor .
