Modern fully refurbished 3 bedroom home

Clean and good size. Very well stocked with everything we might need. Even had bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee. Very nice surprise

Everything was good though could have done with more than 1 full length mirror as there were.3 girls sharing it to get ready

The location , 30minute walk to Blackpool centre, well presented kitchen with all you need. A welcome package, bread, milk etc, wasn't expecting, so lovely surprise. The whole place was great.

The blinds in the bedrooms, were not black out, so this time of year it was an early wake up, too bright for us, but it may suit others.

The size of the rooms and all the little extras that were left.

It could have been a little nearer to the town/ beach,but that is just a very small fault.

Refurbished to a high standard. Equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. There were many extras including snacks, food and toiletries. The location was quiet but still within 20 minutes walking distance of the promenade. There was adequate parking on the road outside.

There was only one front door key. It would have been handy to have another one for the other adults in our party who wanted to come in late. We could then have locked the front door from the inside and gone to bed!

Lovely home , walk and welcoming, all clean and all facilities for a perfect stay , felt like a real home , would stay again any time

Beautiful and clean, attention to detail was fab, home from home, snacks, milk and fresh bread left for guests is a lovely touch, great location only a 15 min walk to the tower and the local supermarket is just a 5 min walk away. Netflix is an extra bonus, would highly recommend staying here.

Limited furnishings/creature comforts (e.g. no wardrobes, dressing table, coat hooks, shoe rack, uncomfortable dining chairs) Broken fridge, blinds, gate, guttering (a particular problem during a heavy rain period) Cobwebs Not especially family-orientated (no DVD player, DVDs, games, plum slate garden, small bathroom radiator for 1 towel, 2-slice toaster) Info pack would have been handy (good takeaways/restaurants, local supermarkets, other places of interest leaflets, taxi services, bus routes/timetable) House seems ready for a spruce up (finger-marks, scuffs on walls, bathroom mould, some joinery work, etc)
